Memorial Cases

Constructed of rich mahogany-colored hardwood and thick glass, each display case is designed to hold a 5' x 9 1/2' cotton flag, and features an easy open back panel with a felt-lined, scratch-resistant bottom. A die-cast, gold-plated United States Armed Forces medallion is centered on a bevel-cut double mat. Outside dimensions 26" x 13" x 3.5". Available with or without a flag.

Casket Flags

At American Flag Company, we take pride in the fact that we can help pay tribute to our country’s fallen heroes in some small way. We do that by providing high-quality casket flags—also known as burial flags—to help honor and mark the service of those who served our country and helped others. They are used for regular force veterans and members of the reserves.

Casket flags are used to drape the casket or accompany the urn of a deceased veteran who served honorably in the United States Armed Forces. It is a telling and powerful reminder of one’s service and commitment to country and freedom. These flags are generally given as a keepsake to the next of kin following the funeral service. If there is no next of kin, the flag may be passed along to a friend making a request for it.

Veterans Affairs has several rules and guidelines that should be followed for the use of casket flags and their care. A veteran’s family that wishes to can also donate the flag to a national cemetery with an Avenue of the Flags for flying on patriotic holidays.

The perfect box to share those keepsake memories. Handcrafted with a dark lustrous oak finish. Each box is adorned with a die-cast, gold-plated Armed Forces or Civil Service medallion. Each box contains a sturdy 8" x 11.5" shelf tray that nests even with the opening.
